Fresh Eggs
As many of our customers know, we keep a flock of chickens in our backyard. The chickens are pets, but we do eat the eggs. In fact, our chickens were featured in a January 2010 article in the Surburban Journals.
If you are interested in fresh eggs from well-loved and well-fed hens, let me know. Better than store bought. If you've never had a fresh egg, you're in for a treat. The yolks stand up high and are a golden pumpkin-like color. They make the fluffiest scrambled eggs and are excellent for use in your baking.
